Chef Andrea Boscherini was born in Forlimpopoli like the famous culinary author Pellegrino Artusi. Andrea lived in Forlì and Bertinoro in a very typical suburb on the Emilia-Romagna,land of Parmigiano reggiano,Balsamic vinegar of Modena,Prosciutto di Parma,Sangiovese red wine and more a great variety of products brand ,which inspired his fine gastronomic culture.
Andrea's career started in a family bakery right after completing his studies.
After that years, Chef Andrea improved his experience to the Adriatic Coast to work in Grand Hotel of Rimini and in various fine dining restaurant where he can create and follow his great passion.
In 2008 Andrea and his wife Abena,launched their food-boutique "LE BISTROT" ; a brand new locale with innovatives ideas, where they created drink, food and pastries.
Andrea's ambitions were not yet achivied.In 2012,he decide to sell "LE BISTROT" and follow his biggest dream; to work, live and most importantly, to experience a new life style in Canada.
Andrea came head chef at Paganellis Risotteria (also known as Romagna mia) an italian fine dining restaurant in Toronto downtown where he worked for 3 years,then he came a "SPECIAL ITALIAN CHEF" at University of Guelph Cutten Field Golf Club,where for 1 year the numerous italian members have been enjoyed with the delicious and authentic italian cuisine that Chef Andrea brought on the table.
In 2016 he passed at Toula' restaurant team as Executive Chef ,where he propose for our customers his numerous creations from home-made pasta to fresh and delicate desserts.
Chef Andrea's commitment to his clientele is to serve authentic Italian cuisine with love, passion and great attention to fine details.
Chef Andrea Boscherini has Joined The Toula restaurant Corporation as Executive Chef and will bring his expertise and commitment to the 38th floor of the landmark waterfront hotel property Westin Harbour Castle.
